About the Item

Full size wooden carousel goat in the style of Daniel Charles Muller. Punchinello carved into the back of the saddle. Punch was one of the turn of the century’s most popular characters known to most children. D C Muller Brothers were Carousel carvers from 1890 - 1928. Excellent condition and has been stored in a barn by a carousel art collector for more than 40 years. This rare, beautifully carved wooden carousel goat is absolutely stunning.
