Italian Snail Sculpture Black and Gold

About the Item

An Italian black basalt porcelain and gold snail sculpture hand-made by S. Puccini, circa late-20th century, Italy. A hand-made piece of matte black porcelain and shiny bright gold enamel, a beautiful combination. Piece could work well on cocktail table, bookshelf, etc. Piece has makers' mark in two places and as shown in last three images. 'Hand-made in Italy by S. Puccini' on label, and 'Made in Italy', artist mark and numbered on underside/bottom. Dimensions: 9.5" Long.
