About the Item

Chinese Porcelain Foo Dogs Set of two with black eyes and open mouth. These turquoise Foo Dogs, or Chinese guardian lions, are fun accents for any coffee table or bookcase. Each piece was handcrafted by talented artisans. Imperfection is part of the character of the piece. A minor variation of color/shape/size is normal for a hand-made product, it is not considered as a manufacturing defect. Now Foo Dogs are used to scare away evil forces and spirits not only in front of houses and inside them, but also in front of graves, garden gazebos, even near the bed and wherever evil forces are possible. They are used to protect against theft, putting inside the house muzzles to the door during departure, from bankruptcy, putting in the office and in many other places to prevent any negative energy from entering the house or office.
