Highly collectable pair of bronze Grand Tour busts on stands in the classical manner The busts each depict the Roman Gods Jupiter (male) and Juno (female) Such great details to this pair of classical bronze works of art Great patina to the dark bronze complemented by marble base and ormolu fixtures Jupiter is usually thought to have originated as a sky god. His identifying implement is the thunderbolt and his primary sacred animal is the eagle Juno was an ancient Roman goddess, the protector and special counsellor of the state. She was equated to Hera, queen of the gods in Greek mythology.
