A charming and finely detailed pair of early 19th century carved walnut and ebonized fruitwood busts of Turkish nobles. Each bust is raised by a square ebonized fruitwood base with an elegant circular mottled central support. The richly carved figures above are dressed in classical attire and display charming casual facial expressions. All original rich patina throughout.
