19th Century Bronze Bacchus Influenced Dancing Maidens on Pedestal

A very impressive and good quality 19th century bronze study in the style of Carrier-Belleuse depicting a pair of classical Bacchus influenced dancing maidens holding a tambourine and bunches of grapes, a putti to their side. Raised on a rouge Scagliola pedestal. Statue measures; 88cm (34.5") high Column measures; 103cm (40.5") high.
