About the Item

The 4 Seasons glass Statuettes were created by R.Lalique in white glass . These examples have a brown patina and are in excellent condition. The are all signed Lalique and or R.Lalique with a sand blasted block letters's signature . Stylistically, they show the new style introduced by R.Lalique and his son Marc Lalique in the 1930tys. The figures are rounded some how like the Maillol statues and display the seasons attributes around their bodys . The quality of the glass is excellent. They could be used like book ends , center table or statuettes.
