French Art Deco sculpture by J.d'Arsenes, France, 1930s. Robin Hood. Spelter, bakelite and marble. Height : 26"(66cm), Width : 19"(48.4cm), Depth : 7.1"(18cm). Fashionable theme at that time with the release of the film "The Adventures of Robin Hood" by Michael Curtiz and William Keighley with Errol Flynn and Olivia de Havilland. Some slight traces of age. Engraveded "J. D'Arsenes" on the black marble base (see photo)
