A rare botanic didactical model of one type of inflorescence specimen, the Spiga, made out of hand painted colored plaster gems, wooden branches and painted papier mache components. Mounted on a round black wooden base, hand painted. Paper label. Paravia, Milan, Italy circa 1930.
