Figural bronze sculpture bust of a young boy, 19th Century.
Small, well detailed bronze boy head signed on the side with F. Barbedienne Foundry.
It was created by the foundry of F. Barbedienne and dates to the late 19th century.
A bronze sculpture head of a youth after F. Barbedienne Fondeur, 1880 with light brown patina.
Dates to the second half of the 19th century and is complete with foundry marks as shown.
Cast bronze by Barbedienne Foundry.
Dimensions: 5 inches H x 3 inches W x 2 inches D.
Ferdinand Barbedienne started the foundry in the mid-19th century and operated in Paris until his death in 1892.
Made in France Circa 1880.
