Silver-plated signed Art Déco bronze sculpure by Pierre le Faguays on a high stone base. 1920s. The figure carries an illuminated alabaster bowl on its hands. High heavy beige stone base. Original alabaster bowl from the 1920s. Pierre le Faguays (1892-1962) was a famous french sculptur of the Art Déco era. He produced decorative objects and lamps. He often used the artist´s name Fayral. His statuettes wered made by famous foundries such as Susse Frères and Ettling.

    Additions or alterations made to the original: The electrics have been professionally replaced. Wear consistent with age and use. The silver-plated bronze is slightly rubbed, the alabaster bowl has a few fine cracks in the alabaster due to its age as it is a natural material.
