LEOPOLD ANZENGRUBER (1912-1979) - Rare pair of extraordinary hand made Mid Century sculptural ceramic bookends - each featuring the sculpted head of a North African woman with large glazed metallic earrings and necklace - textured hair - matte finish throughout - fine quality workmanship and details - signed ANZENGRUBER on the base of each, along with Model No.266 and factory marks - Austria - circa 1950's.
Excellent/mint vintage condition - all original - no loss - no damage - no restoration - minimal signs of age and use.
Size/Dimensions - Medium - 3 3/4" Wide x 4 1/4" Deep x 5" High (Each - Over-all).
