Pair of winged angels in lacquered wood
About the Item
Pair of "faux marble" lacquered wooden winged angels, seated, from the 18th century, resting on two turned lacquered wooden bases of recent manufacture, total height 102 cm, base diameter 30 cm, height of angels only 57 cm.
The angels are attached to the bases with removable iron pins; there are 4 necks in all.
The fingers of the hands are partly mamncant, but they have been smoothed to be well usable and original. The drapes are made of gilded wood.
