Rare small Art Deco sculture, Höganäs, Sweden, 1930/40s

About the Item

A very rare, fun and small sculpture by Höganäsbolaget Sweden. The sculpture could possibly have been meant as an ashtray but works much better as a sculpture. With its small, but very distinctive shape it looks very nice placed at any desk, sideboard or windowsill and will stir up a conversation with anyone who lays their eyes on it. Very rare piece. They probably haven't been made in a big quantity, and there are even few less around today. Most likely made in the 1930's. It is in very good condition.
