Description Polychrome wooden centerpiece sculpture depicting Saint Amable. Saint Amable of Riom was a Latin presbyter and was among the first Rium pastors. Tradition has it that at his voice, snakes and demons fled; images and medals depicting him often bear the words "Demons flee as well as snakes and fire."
