Scandinavian Modern Teak Sculpture by Johnny Mattsson, Sweden

About the Item

Lovely teak sculpture by Swedish artist Johnny Mattsson. The figurative sculpture is in a shape of a woman and is entitled "Morgon" (morning in Swedish). It is made from relief carved teak. Engraved underneath ' JM / 1/40'. The sculpture has been exhibited at Konstfrämjandet, Vallingatan in 1961. Dimensions: the height is 31cm standing on a base of 5x5cm Condition is very good.
