About the Item
Attributed to Rudolf Knoerle of the Goldscheider Keramos in Vienna. Knoerlein designed for Goldsheider Keramos in the mid 1920s-1930s and produced many of the pieces that featured black faces and colorful curls and lips.
A large and impressive piece of Austrian sculpture in the Wiener Werkstatte style.
