A large vintage Fredrick Prescott (American, b.1949) cowboy Kinetic sculpture. The rare hand painted iron Kinetic sculpture, titled Bucking Bronco, features a reversible swinging pendulum-like rod topped with a cowboy riding a horse, with a agave in the front, and a large saguaro cactus surmounted with vultures in the back, rising on an iron base, signed Prescott, dated [19]89. Finished on all sides so it can be placed anywhere in the room, Dimensions: (approx) 32" High, 11" Wide, 8.75" Deep, 16lbs Good original unrestored vintage condition. Nicely aged rustic patina, with scattered oxidation and flaky chippy paint finish losses, nothing that detracts from the overall aesthetics or functionality but only adds to the antique character and charm.
