About the Item
These monumental 1970s faux ivory elephant tusks are breathtaking in both scale and presence. Standing over six feet tall, the pair is expertly molded from dense resin and finished in a subtle ivory tone, capturing the organic curvature, striations, and surface character of real tusks. Each tusk is anchored to a polished brass base that provides stability while adding a sophisticated metallic contrast, merging exotic spectacle with sculptural refinement.
Made in resin rather than animal material, these tusks offer the theatrical impact of ivory without ethical compromise. Their exaggerated sweep and towering height recall the drama of 1970s Hollywood Regency interiors, where bold sculptural accents were paired with luxurious finishes. At the same time, the clean brass plinths introduce a modernist restraint, ensuring the pair feels equally at home in Deco-inspired, eclectic, or contemporary spaces.
As freestanding architectural accents, they can be staged to flank an entryway, frame a console, or stand independently as art objects in gallery-like interiors. Their rare scale, sculptural detail, and historical charm make them a striking design statement—both collectible and visually commanding.

View AllPair of Large Brass Good Luck Elephant Sculpture Figures Over 2ft Tall
By Sarreid Ltd.
Located in Chattanooga, TN
Exceptional pair of vintage large scale brass elephant sculptures. One is larger, one is slightly smaller but they both stand over 2 feet tall! Each elephant’s trunk reaching upward, a symbol of good luck. These are beautifully crafted with detail in the modeling. The artist took care to represent the folds in the ears, creases in the skin, and spine on the backs. Elephants are revered by many, but are considered sacred in Hindu and Buddhist religious. The raised trunks are said to bring prosperity and protection to those in their presence.
