The stand early 20th century carved giltwood and polychromed pedestal base.
A magnificent large specimen antique 155mm rock crystal ball/orb.
The clarity and atmospheric 'landscape' contained in this museum quality Rock Crystal example is extraordinary. The weight and density of this specimen is significant, no flaws observed.
Originally was a drop pendant on a large and important chandelier. Retains the drilled holes at the bottom. This work can be hung if desired.
Resting on a fine carved giltwood and polychromed pedestal base.
