This ammonite specimen (species : kranaosphinctes) from Madagascar, cretaceous (-85 to -65 millions years before our era) displays a nice quality and color.
Making it a nice fossil item of curiosity, and mark of earth's past wildlife and history. In the same time, it is a luxurious and noticeable object of decoration. This ammonite is therefore able to impress at the same time by its appearance and by its history.
These specimen are not often found with such a subtle and aesthetic mix of brown and off-white, ideal to embellish any wooden furniture, bookshelf, or to inspire you while working in your private office, for suggestion.
