This specimen boasts a glistening coating of beautifully gemmy, emerald green dioptase crystals on matrix. The name “dioptase” comes from Greek and references the visibility of the twin cleavage plains within the startlingly translucent crystals of this rare copper cyclosilicate mineral. A special acquisition for the novice and seasoned collector alike. Dimensions: 5-1/4”W x 2-1/2“D x 4-3/8”H, Weight: 1.26 lb.
