Genuine Sericho Pallasite Meteorite Slab (2.45 lbs)

About the Item

In 2016, large masses of the Sericho pallasite meteorite were acquired from villagers in Isiolo County, Kenya, marking its formal discovery. The olivine crystals range in colour from emerald green to orange and possess rounded shapes. The metal-rich parts of the meteorite are characterized by prominent Widmanstätten patterns.
