Huge antique melon volute seashell with beautifully aged old surface and color. Measures approximately 12" w x 6 1/2" h x 8" d. This was the shell of a sea snail found in the tropical waters of the Indo Pacific region. Direct from a local estate hoard with a collection of natural history specimens.
