A striking large natural purple fluorite specimen sourced from an ex UK collection. This fluorite specimen is of an impressive scale and unusual irregular shape, making it a dynamic display piece of a collectors cabinet or as a decorative item for properties old and new. Fluorite, from the latin 'fluere' meaning 'to flow', forms in bands of largely fluorescent colour, hence its name. It is also known to change colour in different forms of light. This fluorite specimen showcases cubed crystals throughout its front.
