About the Item
With beautiful aesthetics, tall formation, and naturally shaped on an archway, this pair of bookmatching Amethyst geodes has its origins in the mines of our hometown, Ametista do Sul, and are ready to become the central item of your décor, adding uniqueness, style, high quality, and rarity to the space you choose to add them.
A book-matching Pair of Geodes this size is rarely seen, especially because of how intact it is after the extraction process. The first thing that catches the eye is its formation, nature formed the geode in an arched shape, and for millions of years, the Amethyst Crystal Druzy had the perfect conditions to grow and evolve into this beautiful tone of purple.
The Amethyst druzy brings a deep tone of color and spreads uniformly at both geodes, only giving space for calcite inclusions to evolve. The calcite points were later covered by quartz with Goethite, creating a one-of form of geode.
Formed over 120-140 million years ago, this specimen was ethically and legally mined in Ametista do Sul Brazil, and is an unrepeatable natural form of art.
