Special Large Lavender Amethyst Geode with Gorgeous Blue Agate Polished Back
▫️ Description
An Amethyst Geode, beautiful from both front and back, showcases aesthetically pleasing formations with matching calcite inclusions, shiny lavender amethyst druzy, and a rarely seen blue agate back that has been entirely polished. This stunning natural wonder of art is destined to add beauty to any space where it is displayed.
The interior of this geode showcases Amethyst druzy that sparks a luminous tone of lavender. The clean and intact crystals, along with their naturally polished points, allow the points to shine through. And thanks to the perfect natural polishing of the druzy, the entire geode pops with a dazzling and sparkling effect only disturbed by the natural calcite inclusions that add a geological touch to it.
Another characteristic that adds to the overall beautiful aesthetics of the geode can be seen on its polished back, where the agate was polished to a high gloss. This reveals a natural pattern that resembles the depths of the sea, with blue agate interlacing with the natural green basalt.
Standing nearly 22 inches tall and weighing an impressive 66pounds, this specimen is often referred to as a Geode Cathedral or Chapel due to its large, long format, resulting from a gas bubble getting trapped in liquid magma (basalt).
