About the Item

In a world where Amethyst Geodes are quite common, this geode stands out as being far from ordinary. The calcite is gallery-worthy, showing beautiful aesthetics and an intact nature. This specimen stands out and will become the celebrated piece in your collection or the most talked-about item in your decor—a true centerpiece. The story of this geode began in the mine, before it was extracted. By a stroke of luck, we were in the right place at the right time. The geode was carefully removed, and plans to cut it open took shape. We decided to open a window in the geode where the Calcite could be fully seen while keeping the geode intact. The task was not easy and after a whole afternoon, the piece was opened to the world, the calcite could not be prettier, intact, and more perfect. With calcite clusters that could be standalone cabinet specimens, the calcite formation and quality are undoubtedly World-Class. The calcite points grow clear, with intact points and all-natural, with its aesthetics fully preserved. Contrasting with the Calcite, the geode presents a beautiful, shiny quality with a purple tone of Amethyst, all intact. This specimen is fully documented since the mine and brings the peace of mind of being ethically sourced in (my hometown) Ametista do Sul, Brazil. Please check the pictures to see more of it and feel free to message us in case you have any questions or particular requests. 🤍 ▫️ World-Class Calcite in Intact Amethyst Geode ▫️ Color: Clear Calcite and Purple Amethyst ▫️ Size: -- 510 mm. - 20.1 in. This rare combination makes it a standout piece for crystal aficionados, collectors, and décor artists seeking something truly extraordinary. The whole geode commands attention, and the first thing we notice is the calcite. It formed in different ways, with some perfectly crystallized formations adding a delicate touch to the specimen. The main calcite in this piece is a crystal after calcite, which could be a specimen in itself. Looking closely at it, on the back part of the geode, we find beautiful small amethyst rosettes...
