The bottles have matching cut glass stoppers and stand on an ornate sterling silver base, also decorated with guilloche enamel. The base securely holds the bottles in place. This type of decorative glassware was popular in England during the early 20th century as new techniques allowed more intricate designs. The layered cut glass and enamel speak to the Edwardian aesthetic's embrace of luxurious materials and craftsmanship.
