About the Item

Guilloché enamel perfume bottle in cut glass. Beautiful and very decorative antique perfume bottle, created during the belle Epoque-Edwardian period, back in the beginning of the 20th century, circa 1905. This bottle has been crafted in very fine glass decorated with a delicate cut and incised motifs of flowers. The round lid is embellished with engine turned Guilloché designs, which is topped with translucent blue enamel. Weight: 679.5 Grams, (1.50 Pounds). Measurements: Diameter of 108 mm and a height of 154 mm (4.25 x 6.05 Inches). Hallmarks The lid is stamped with the mark for the assay of the silver, "STERLING". The Edwardian Period This era like the Georgian and Victorian eras before it, derives its name from the reign of the English King, Edward VII (1901-1910).
