Description:
A vibrant and rare mid-century Bohemian perfume atomizer bottle, dating to the 1950s–1960s, showcasing spectacular craftsmanship in both form and finish. The bottle features a radiant 'rainbow cut' crystal body—alternating bands of pink, blue, green, and violet hues intricately faceted to catch and reflect light from every angle. This particular style of vividly colored, deeply cut crystal is characteristic of post-war Bohemian glassmaking and is sometimes referred to as "rainbow flash cut" or simply "rainbow cut crystal."
The gilt brass filigree collar supports a show-stopping jeweled floral stopper, designed as a branching vine set with layered gilt leaves and vibrant pink faceted glass stones in floral clusters. The upper mechanism reveals the original atomizer fitting, with both top and body components lifting out cleanly for inspection or filling.
An eye-catching fusion of Hollywood Regency glamour and Czech glassmaking tradition, this bottle blends decorative exuberance with technical refinement. A true collector’s piece or dressing table accent.
