About the Item

Designed in 1957. Manufactured from 1957 to 1968. One of Kai Franck's representative works, it was exhibited at the 1957 Milan Triennale, where it won the Grand Prix. Designed as a product for everyday use, its beautiful form and high level of craftsmanship led to it being sold as an art piece from 1960 to 1968. As a result, there are two product numbers: “1500” for items produced from 1957 to 1959, and “KF500” for items produced from 1960 to 1968. The design is intended for pouring alcohol into the upper bottle and water into the lower carafe. Signed ‘Nuutajarvi Notsjo’ According to the cut sign, it was manufactured between 1965 and 1968. ※In good condition with no noticeable damage.
