Mid-Century Catalan Art Glass Long Neck Bottle Vase.

About the Item

Mid-Century Catalan Art Glass Long Neck Bottle Vase. A vintage Moser style blown, molded and hand painted in polychrome enamels bottle. The bulbous, long necked amber crystal is hand painted all over in raised enamels and finished with gilt highlights. The bottle is greatly detailed and full of vivid colored crests surrounded by banners, foliage and flowers; this typifies the artistic and whimsical styling of the Catalan Majorcan Art Glass Studios of Mallorca, Spain. The production of Mallorcan art glass works rivals the best examples of the Venetian and Murano glassworks. Label on neck reads: “ARTE CATALAN, Hand Made in Spain”.
