Set of Three Mid-Century Minimalist Handled Vases by Fritz Van Daalen, Germany, 1930s
An exquisite set of three Mid-Century Minimalist vases, designed by Fritz Van Daalen, founder and first designer of the prestigious Van Daalen ceramics studio, established in the 1930s in Schwäbisch Gmünd, Germany.
Each vase features a refined, softly curved form with side handles, unified by their minimalist aesthetic yet distinct in their satin and matte glazes—grey, mottled chocolate brown, and deep navy blue. Displayed together, they form a visually striking and elegant trio.
All three pieces are in excellent vintage condition. Each is signed and marked, with one still bearing the original Van Daalen label sticker.
