This superb crock-pot or confit pot dates from Mid-19th Century and features two handles as well as a ivory glazed interior. As found in southwest France, these pots were originally used for storing purposes. Nowadays they can been seen standing alone as a statement piece or as a vase with fresh flowers inside.
