19th Century Large Dutch Embossed Brass Cachepot Jardinière or Champagne Cooler
About the Item
A very large, oversized hand-hammered brass cachepot or on a high leg, also usable as Champagne ice bucket
The leg and the bulbous repoussé body are decorated with hammered bunches of grapes, grape leaves and stylish decorations.
In the middle of the body you can find a coppersmith's logo: LDM
This beauty looks great with a big green leafy plant in it, but would also be great to cool at least 3 large bottles of champagne in.
