L. Hjorth Hand-Painted Terracotta Planter with Peacock, 1940s

About the Item

Large rare vase executed in handpainted terracotta. Decorated in earthy glazes with floral impressions and a large peacock. It measures 20 cm and has a diameter of 23 cm. Signed L. Hjorth to its base. It was made on the Island of Bornholm in Denmark during the 1940s.
