Large Louis XVI Sevres Style Gilt Bisque and Jasperware Porcelain Jardiniere

About the Item

Our French jardiniere in the Louis XVI style dates from the late nineteenth century and features the figures of frolicking putti in relief, and jasperware band depicting neoclassical motifs in bisque on blue ground. A fine and large example of a classic 18th century design.
