Charming Majolica pink clog with 1 bird signed Jean Massier circa 1890. H / 2.5 inches , L / 4.5 inches. The Massier family produced different pieces with birds in a very creative style in Vallauris on the French Riviera, they excelled in the representation of all animals at the end of 19th century: birds, roosters, parrots, donkeys, frogs. They participated with success at different nationals and internationals exhibitions.
