About the Item
This Mid 20th Century Cachepot or Bucket was made from copper in the mid 1900's. The piece features two intricately scrolled handles attached by rivets to its round hand hammered copper body. The top is rimmed which adds interest to the piece. With its warm copper patina this Cachepot shows imperfections which is typical for the age. Versatile and functional, this cachepot can be repurposed as a waste basket, a decorative storage container, or as a statement jardinière for plants.
