Rare 17th century Venetian Painted And Parcel Gilt Lavandino. A lavandino is a washbasin or washbowl which was used in a courtyard of a Venetian palazzo in the 17th and 18th centuries. Our museum quality Baroque painted and parcel gilt carved wood lavandino with the original copper liner has beautifully scrolled arms and feet. Perfect as a jardiniere, planter or centerpiece on a dining table, center table or credenza. Stunning in a garden room filled with orchids, seasonal blooming plants or fresh flowers. A rare and unusual find!
