About the Item
Magnificent, richly decorated Italian majolica vase, signed on the base by Gi. Battojin, a distinguished master ceramist. The piece features hand-painted mythological scenes in vivid colors, framed by Baroque ornamental motifs in blue, gold, and green. Two finely modeled cherubs in relief flank the piece, providing movement and sculptural volume.
The vase rests on an elegant bulbous base decorated with floral motifs and coats of arms, all crafted with great craftsmanship. Its imposing scale and refined painterly work make it a unique and collectible work.
An exceptional example of Italian ceramic tradition, ideal as a centerpiece in classic interiors, galleries, or private collections.
