About the Item

These exquisite Mid 20th Century hand painted and gilt decorated covered decorative urns showcase a stunning array of exterior floral, foliate, butterfly, and bird design details. Each urn is adorned with two noom face side handles and features a graceful boat shape resting on an oval base. The covered tops mirror the intricate designs and are crowned with a gilt pinecone finial. These urns carry a maker's mark underneath, ensuring their authenticity. One urn remains in great condition, while the other has been broken and repaired at the finial and the base. Each one measures 14 inches high by 7.5 inches wide and 5 inches deep. These urns are not only beautiful decorative pieces but also a testament to the fine craftsmanship of their era, making them a perfect addition to any collection.
