About the Item
A charming neoclassical yellow tole water or tea urn in the form of an obelisk balanced on a square plinth by fours balls supported by brass paw feet. Decorated on four sides with maps of regions of France by A. M. Perrot. Maps of Isere, Ardennes, Nord, and Aisne, France. The original prints are from "Atlas Portatif du Royaume de France....", by A M Perrot: 1823 in Paris.
Wonderful decorative piece will also make a great lamp. Marked on base, Italy.
