Model exhibited at The International Exposition of Modern Industrial and Decorative Arts in Paris, 1925 (L'Exposition Internationale des Arts De´coratifs et Industriels Modernes). Näfveqvarns Bruk, Sweden, executed 1920s-1930s. Measures: Diameter 38 x Height 18 cm A beautiful decorative piece of design for both interior and exterior use. Olof Oskar Hult was a Swedish architect mostly known for his austere buildings influenced by the Rationalist movement. There was, however, a more decorative side to be found in his work as interior designer, specifically in some shops and restaurants he authored in the 1940s. The pieces he designed are now much appreciated by collectors.
