LARS-GUNNAR NORDSTRÖM - SCANDINAVIAN MODERN
A rare and stunning pair of brass and plexiglass wall lamps by Lars-Gunnar Nordström. Bespoke design for the Hotel Hesperia, Helsinki, 1972.
Hotel Hesperia was inaugurated in May 1972 and legendary President Kekkonen himself visited the hotel. The hotel was full of Finnish design, art and architecture.
The lamps are very sculptural and will suit both classic and modern interiors.
A collector's item.
