Monumental French Art Deco Luminaire Urn with Bas Relief
About the Item
Monumental scale French Art Deco urn with bas relief on one side made of a plaster composite c, 1930.
Urn is vase form with an elongated taper on a narrow round foot which is banded in hefty nickel plated brass.
Fitted inside with a standard Edison screw socket for use as a luminaire.
Weight approximately 80 pounds.
Provenance: Property from the estate of a well known collector of French Art Deco.
