About the Item
A small English rams head urn in ‘tazza’ style attributed to Coade (unmarked) circa 1790. Dating from the Georgian era, this urn has a neoclassical look, well modelled with a pair of intricate rams heads with leaf detail to the underside above a carved socle mounted on a square base. At just 14.5 cm (5.70 inches) tall, this rams head urn is a stunning collector’s piece, looking striking on a sideboard, console or column.
Base: 17.5 x 17.5 cm (6.88 x 6.88 inches).
