About the Item

This exquisite antique vase, dating back to the 1800s, features a finely hand-painted floral and bird-in-nest motif against an elegant ivory base. A museum-quality piece, it showcases a stunning design with a delicate bird and floral scene on one side and a vibrant floral pattern on the other. The graceful form of the vase is further enhanced by finely gilt 24K gold trim around the rings, scene borders, and base, adding a touch of luxury and refinement. While the maker’s mark is absent, the superior quality of the porcelain suggests that it may have originated from renowned porcelain houses such as those in Russia or Limoges, France. This remarkable vase is a testament to the high level of craftsmanship typical of the period. In very good antique condition, it shows only minor age-related wear and slight fading to the gold gilt, preserving its timeless beauty and elegance.
