1960s Scheurich Fat Lava West German Pottery Vase
About the Item
This vintage Scheurich shelf vase features alternating gloss and matte fat lava banding in black, white, and red, across a textured tobacco color glazed background. The water-tight glazed interior is black. Made in West Germany, circa 1960 – 1969. 12 inches tall. No flaws. Form 517-30.
The West German fabricator Scheurich KG Keramikfabrik was founded in 1954. They are still producing today.
